SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and Stat holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Canada Post is our usual shipping provider, however we have pivoted to using FedEx during the Canada Post strike to ensure our customers receive their orders in a timely fashion.
In order to facilitate this, our flat shipping rate will temporarily be $30.00 for all standard orders across Canada. Once we are able to resume shipping with Canada Post, the rate will be reduced back to to $20.00.
We ship a maximum dimension of 35". If your product/package ordered exceeds that 35", additional charges will apply. Overweight orders may also be subject to additional shipping charges. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted within 48hrs with a quote for approval.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Furnish by Isabey. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Saturday)

International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping Internationally, only domestically. We apologize for the inconvenience.
